Bluefin Catering Service LLC successfully manages comprehensive catering services for mining camps, fully responsible for meal production for camp residents, laundry and cleaning, maintenance services, and camp administrative services.

The company provides catering services to the “Oyu Tolgoi” mine located in Umnugovi province as well as to the “Altan Tolgoi” mining project.

In addition, the company offers catering services at its own branch restaurants and can provide services at locations requested by clients. Since 2018, it has also been successfully collaborating with the “Zaisan Hill” complex of the Oyunii Undraa Group, fully managing food services for its event hall, which has the capacity to host 500–1000 people at once.
