On the eve of the New Year, our team successfully implemented the OD ERP system at “Astra International” LLC and officially concluded the project agreement. This project marks an important step toward making the operations of organizations in the construction sector more systematic, transparent, and efficient.

As part of the project, the construction module of the OD ERP system was further improved and developed, enabling construction production cost centers to be managed simultaneously using both block structures and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). As a result, company management can now obtain the necessary reports and information from the system in real time, accurately and whenever needed.

In addition, key documents used in construction project management—such as construction contracts, contract work assignments, and completion certificates—have been fully modeled and implemented within the system, allowing them to be managed and processed digitally. This creates the conditions for more controlled and transparent management of construction project progress.
